The cost of each trip is calculated individually and depends on the selected route, car class and total mileage, which allows us to offer an honest price without hidden commissions. For your convenience, we have fixed basic rates for the most popular destinations to airports and cities in Europe, which remain unchanged after confirming the order. Booking services is carried out through our convenient online form or by phone: after agreeing on the details, you receive a confirmation that guarantees the delivery of the car exactly on schedule. We offer flexible payment terms, including cash payment directly to the driver after the trip or cashless transfer, which is convenient for corporate customers and official delegations. The rental price already includes passenger insurance, professional driver services, fuel and waiting at the airport in case of flight delay. We value your time and money, so we guarantee complete transparency of calculations and the absence of any additional charges for standard travel conditions.
We strive to ensure that payment for our company's services does not cause unnecessary hassle. Therefore, the company provides services only upon prepayment or full payment. For regular customers, we work without prepayment. After processing the application for any service, our specialist will contact you, clarify all the details and indicate the full cost of the service, the amount of prepayment, the term and procedure for payments.
For your convenience, we have implemented the following types of payments:
1. Cash payment:
- it is necessary to make a prepayment (amount, method and terms agreed with the manager), the balance of the agreed cost is paid directly to the company representative (driver/guide/escort) at the beginning of the services. We provide receipts for payment for services, in accordance with current legislation;
2. Payment to a current account:
- if you pay to the account, it is worth considering that the amount will increase by 10%. The company does not work with VAT. The manager sends an invoice for services and other necessary documents to the email address you specified. After payment and provision of paid services, original invoices and certificates of work performed with wet seals and the director's signature are sent to the address you provided for correspondence.
