Providing complex international logistics for the delegation of a company participating in the URC 2026 conference. The main task is to synchronize the arrival of different groups of speakers and managers, who traveled from Ukraine via the railway hubs of Poland (Chełm and Przemyśl), to the event venue in Gdansk, as well as to organize a single comfortable return transfer for the entire team to Kyiv.

The driver met the delegates immediately after the train arrived from Kyiv. Thanks to the spacious trunk and the increased level of security of the flagship crossover, the first group was comfortably located and rested after the railway crossing on the way through Poland to the Baltic coast.

2. Stage 2: Meeting of the second group in Przemyśl (06/24/2026)

The second part of the delegation was met directly at the platform in Przemyśl. The dynamic and soft Volvo V60 ensured a quick and safe transfer.

3. Stage 3: Combined return transfer to the capital (06/27/2026)

Route: Gdańsk — Kyiv (home addresses / office)

After the official conference program was completed, the entire team of 5 delegates went home in one premium minivan.
